Permission to Volunteer

Thank you for supporting in volunteering with Care & Share Foundation. We're grateful to have young people helping us serve families in our community.

By signing below, you're letting us know that:

• You're happy for your child to volunteer at Care & Share Foundation events, helping behind the scenes with tasks such as packing care packages, sorting donations, and setting up.
• Your child will be working alongside adult volunteers and Care & Share Foundation team members, who will guide them and look out for them.
• Volunteering is unpaid, and your child is welcome to stop at any time.
• If your child needs any help or care during an event, we'll do our best to reach you right away using the contact details you've given us.
• Care & Share Foundation will keep a record of your child's attendance and volunteer hours, which you can request at any time, for school, NHS, or anything else.

We'll always do our best to make every event a safe, positive, and rewarding experience.

Staying With Your Child

Because is under 14, a parent or guardian needs to stay with them for the whole event.
