Eid Program — Admin Review

Create a New Eid
The new Eid is created closed. Open it when you are ready for applications. Clothing defaults to ON for Eid-Al-Fitr and OFF for Eid-Al-Adha.
Occurrence Details
These settings control the selected Eid above: what applicants see, the cap and waitlist, when the public form closes, and the pickup-confirmation deadline.
Add Application (Manual Entry)
Goes through the same checks as the public form (duplicates, household-member match, ID expiration). Admin entries skip the cap. Clothing sizes are optional here.
Other Household Members
The applicant is included automatically as "Self".
Bag Packing Slips & Shopping List
What this is for: before Eid, use this to prepare each family's bag.
Bag Packing Slips — one printed page per family, with their bag number and every family member (and clothing size, when clothing is on). Tape it to the bag and tick each item as you pack it.
Shopping List — one page with the totals you need to collect or buy (for example, "Female, Adult, Abaya, L: 9").
